Former Teads and Ebuzzing executive to work with publisher and buyers in Milan to grow cross-screen programmatic advertising
LONDON — 5 September, 2017 — SpotX, the video ad serving platform, is further expanding its operations in Europe with the appointment of a new Managing Director for Italy. Based in Milan, Fabio Zoboli will be responsible for building the SpotX business working with local media owners and demand partners.
Reporting to Leon Siotis, SpotX Managing Director for the UK and Southern Europe, Zoboli will work with Italian media companies on video ad serving and cross-screen programmatic monetisation including Connected TV opportunities. He will also help advertisers and their agencies as well as local demand-side platforms (DSPs) by facilitating demand for local inventory including creating private marketplaces and Curated Marketplaces.
Fabio Zoboli spent four years working at Teads, joining Ebuzzing in July 2012 before its acquisition. As Publisher Manager he worked with publishers to grow the outstream video business, including an eight month stint in New York. Following the acquisition by Teads he was given overall responsibility for the supply-side business first in London where he lived for more than a year and a half, and then in Italy leading a team working on direct and programmatic business. He left in 2016 to become Country Manager for Strossle, helping publishers optimise content distribution.

Zioboli joins today and will be attending dmexco with SpotX. He will recruit a team in-market supported by SpotX’s Southern Europe team located in London. Prior to Ebuzzing, he worked in recruitment consulting after earning his Masters in Human Resources from the University of Padua.
