SSAI technology enables an ad to be stitched directly into the content stream before it even plays. This allows broadcasters to avoid ad blockers and regain any lost revenue, plus it improves the user experience with a seamless transition in and out of ad breaks.
Research from Switch Media shows that people’s overall content consumption and viewing habits are affected by bad advertising experiences, such as buffering, demonstrating the importance of the viewer experience and SSAI technology.
The new compatibility with SpotX is part of AdEase, Switch Media’s multi-screen, digital product offering. It allows content providers to take full advantage of AdEase to improve the user experience and engagement.
