Martina Zavagna joins from Freewheel
Ilenia Barnabé moves from Amsterdam to London
MILAN X July, 2018 – SpotX, the leading video advertising and monetisation platform for media owners, is growing its Italian team with the appointment of Martina Zavagna as Supply Account Manager. Joining from Freewheel, Zavagna will work be based in Milan working with media owners and publishers in Italy leveraging the SpotX technology platform. This will include supporting them with a holistic approach to ad serving, yield management and a range of programmatic revenue optimisation tools including private marketplaces and curated marketplaces.
Zavagna brings four years of programmatic experience gained on both the buy and sell-side of the industry. She spent a year at Freewheel leading publisher account management in Spain, France, Belgium and Italy, which followed three years at Tradelab working on the demand side of the industry. She has a Masters Degree in News Media and Publishing from the University of Genoa.
In addition, SpotX is relocating Ilenia Barnabé from its Amsterdam office to the UK and Southern Europe office in London. Barnabé joined SpotX’s Benelux team in 2016 after four years at Brightroll, acquired by Yahoo!, which followed stints at AOL and RAI. She studied media and communications at Bologna University.
